Peter Okoye reacts as Cynthia Morgan accused Jude Okoye of her music career tragedy

After the news of Cynthia Morgan, Nigerian female reggae/dancehall singer, was trending on the internet on Saturday, in a Instagram live chat with Sandra Ogbebor, the woman who is advocating the singer's comeback into the music scene.

Morgan now known as Madrina, who was recognized then as the Nigerian 'rude gal', used to be a queen of the dancehall before she disappeared from radar some years back.

Since her chat with Sandra, Cynthia has been a trending topic on Twitter NG with section using the #BringBackCynthiaMorgan to launch back her music career.

During the chat, the 'German Juice' crooner talked about how the process of leaving her music label, Northside Entertainment led to the change of her stage name and then to a long battle with depression and illness.

Northside Entertainment was owned by Jude 'Engees' Okoye, elder brother to P Square's Paul and Peter Okoye.

Cynthia Morgan revealed that she fell out with Jude Okoye, said Jude took over her Instagram and VEVO accounts and also stopped her from using the stage name Cynthia Morgan.

“I went through a lot as Cynthia Morgan that a lot of people didn’t know about,” she told Upfront With Sandra.

She said that Jude didn’t promote her but was only shooting videos. She said that he claims she is owing him the money spent on shooting the music videos.

The vocalist revealed that she relocated to Benin for her to recover from the sickness and save costs. She also fell into depression after she found her resources drained.

As usual, Peter Okoye has already chipped in on the controversy between Cynthia Morgan and Jude Okoye.

In 2017, P-Square had a very public falling out, since then it has been Peter Vs Paul and Jude

And Peter using this opportunity to once attack his brothers by claiming Cynthia was snatched from him by Jude.

In a series of tweet on Twitter, Peter wrote:

"And some people thought I was stupid when I made the right decision [to leave Paul and Jude]. My dear C Morgan! it’s never to late to be what you might have been. God will surely see you through and carry you through the storm. Keep believing.

"My dear C Morgan, The decision I made 3yrs ago was never about the [fame],money or power! It was for my FREEDOM! Sad you rejected the contract i gave u. Just because they made you see me like the bad egg. I pray you understand that God has a purpose for everything. Never give up.

"The Truth shall prevail. God will surely see you through C Morgan..."

In an interview some years back, Cynthia had revealed that Peter offered a chance to join his own label after she left Northside Records, but she rejected it.

“Peter is an artiste. I would never sign with an artiste, especially Nigerian artistes,” she said in an interview with the Net.

“Jude is always not the nice guy but I preferred to go with Jude. Because I felt like he understood the business more.”

She said she chose to stay with Jude although it was a tough decision as Peter offered her incentives like a car and a house none of which she got from Jude.
