Sterling Bank offers Cynthia Morgan partnership amid clash with Jude Okoye

Sterling Bank Plc has offered to partner with Cynthia Morgan now known as Madrina, a Nigerian singer, for its ‘One Bank’ campaign.

On Monday, the Nigerian bank took to its social media platforms to announce its willingness to work with the reggae artist.

This is coming few days after she had provoked reactions on social media after baring lurid details of her feud with Jude Okoye, CEO of Northside Entertainment, her former label.

In a post on Twitter, Sterling Bank said it had followed the 28-year-old Afropop singer’s story. It added that it would like to work with her for its campaign.

“Hey Cynthia Morgan, we have followed your story and believe there is a bright future ahead of you. We would like to work with you on our ONE BANK campaign. Please get in touch by direct message (DM),” the bank wrote.

The development comes against the backdrop of what has been a rough ride for the singer’s music career. Morgan had left tongues wagging following her protracted hiatus from the music scene.

In spite of the move, Morgan seemed unable to find her balance, going a long stretch without producing any music — a development which has raised concerns among her fans and followers.
